Do you provide international delivery?

 

International delivery is provided. The cost varies based on where the package will be shipped to. All international deliveries will be done using USPS Priority International Mail. Our shipping calculator will let you know what the cost will be during the checkout process.

 

How do I return an item?
To initiate a refund, please send us a message using the inquiry form above. In the subject line, please put Return/Exchange Request and in the message box, please explain the reason for your exchange or return. You will receive a response within 48 hours on how to return the item to us.

What is your return policy?

 

Items are eligible for exchange or return within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must have the original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. Any sign of wear and/or damage will disqualify the item for return. We reserve the right to reject an item if the requirements for return were not met. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Refunds will not be issued until the item is received and inspected.

 

Once we have received the item, please allow 1 business day for processing before your refund is issued. The refund will be for the amount paid for the item. Shipping costs paid for the initial purchase is nonrefundable. If the refund is not credited to your account within 7 business days of being issued, please contact your bank for further information.

How do I track my order?

 

All orders are usually processed within 2 business days of being placed. An email containing the tracking number and your expected delivery date will be sent to the email address used for the order once your order has been shipped. All shipping is done through USPS and can be tracked on their website or using the link provided here.

What are your delivery options?

 

We provide domestic shipping through USPS. Our standard shipping option will arrive between 2-9 business days after the package is shipping. Once the item has shipped, the tracking information will be provided to the customer via the email address used when placing the order. A flat rate of $10 is charged for this delivery option. 

International shipping is provided to Canada and the rest of the world through USPS Priority International Mail and takes 6 to 10 business days to arrive once the item has been shipped. The tracking information for this option will also be provided to the customer via the email address provided at the time of purchase. This shipping cost is calculated using the USPS's real-time shipping calculator and is unique for each region. We do not have any hand in the calculation of the cost, as it comes directly from USPS. The customer is responsible for any duties, tariffs and/or custom fees that this shipment may incur. 

When will I receive preorder items?

Preorder items are usually shipped within 2-4 weeks of the order being placed. If there is a delay on you receiving your order, you will be notified via email. Once we have received the items from the manufacturer, they are processed and shipped within one business day. You should then receive it within 2-9 business days if it is being shipped within the United States, or 6 to 10 days if it is being shipped to Canada or any other international location.
